Hearing all the things I have about this Lawsuit, Nintendo cannot win because if they do it will stifle creativity in gaming by showing game mechanics can be owned. They will effectively have the Monster Catcher games on lockdown from anyone else wanting to create games in that genre. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read, I really hope that this gets out to people who weren’t aware of what’s at stake.
